Don't change what is not broken. The unit is just fine as it is. Penetration increase would be only fine if it would be a t4 unit. |
I am fan of double puma myself. Even 1 puma with supported units is excellent. I noticed *cough* someone said they sucked but I have to say that I disagree.
That being said I think battleground headquarters is better against brits overall so... JP4 like everyone else already said.
The penetration on the Cenatur gun is too high so that the Centuar usually kills the Puma very fast. Only way would be to use Puma on max range but then again Puma has only 80 pen on max range which leads to bounced shots. The JP4 is the best answer, it just comes out when the Centaur comes and scales far better into late game than the Puma. In addition the JP4 is one of the best vetting units in game, able to hold back several tanks on its own.
Also The JP4 needs 4 shots to take the Centaur while the Puma needs 6, unless it's vet 3. |
Brits Release Ninjas
Nerfed:
...Katyusha...(reduced aoe damage modifiers)

Needs to be reverted |
The Normal barrage is untouched, it performs as always. I think due the squad spacing changes, all AOE weapons got indirectly nerfed. I welcome this change because it means less wipes. The katyusha still does what it did all the months before.
However the Panzerwerfer gets buffed and suddenly underperforms, while it's still the longest area of denial weapon and will lead to kills and wipes when your opponent doesn't clean the area. |
The brummbär is a joke. Compare it with the Avre, which only cost 140 fuel and then tell me again it's fine without being a complete hypocrite. The brummbär needs to be more accurate and needs to have more armour and health. |
Ok, every time I play USF vs Wehrmacht, MGs and bunkers fuck up my early game. Smoke usually doesn't work, they almost always have more than 1 MG. And for some reason, infantry stay suppressed sometimes 10 seconds after I've smoked the MG, then the supporting infantry rip me a new one.
Hey, I suggest you upload a replay in the strategy office so experienced players can help you to improve your game. Dealing with HMG spam is something you learn to deal with by playing the right counter strategy over and over again. |
I'd agree a year ago but in the current state usf is well rounded and capable to deal with every situation. The recent patches helped usf a lot. |
What does the KV's have to do with brits? this just looks like another excuse to qq over churchills.
KV-1 is doctrinal, CP8 and doesn't need tech. Brits don't even have anything comparable.
Give me counter-attack for brits and I would use it over commando reg or artillery reg every game.
The point is that units that cost the same and have the same role should approximately perform at the same level, regardless the faction. But right now, one Churchill performs approximately like 2 kv1's. Which simply isn't fair.
Also change your signature, it's disgusting. |
It depends really on your play style.
Since howitzers became out of meta I prefer Fortified Armour Doctrine over Jäger Armour, because the command p4 is more useful against Brits so you can engage late game tanks longer.
Lightning War doctrine is also very nice because it has a Tiger and the Stuka strafe, which helps a lot when dealing with late game armour. Since you get also g43 on your grens it's one of the doctrines that allows you to fight on even ground in urban close combat maps. This makes it also harder for your enemy to escape the Ju87 strafe and close combat neglects the range advantage tank destroyers have over your Tiger.
I personally also love spotting scops, since it gives you a huge advantage when having it upgraded on a 222. Especially with vet it becomes a maphack, very useful on a lot of maps. |
My two AT snipers lost to a 222 in a 4v4 once
4vs4 is hard life and srs business bro.
topic:
I think its fine since brits don't have snares on their infantry, so they have at least a sniper when early vehicles do havoc in their bases. Or chase low health squads on retreat.
That okw has no "direct" counter for the british sniper, is a problem with okw, not with the brits. |
