Veterancy is a reward for you for playing good and keeping your units alive. Otherwise you could easily price a vet 5 JP4 at 200 fuel and vet 3 SU85/Jackson at 180 fuel. Also Riflemen perform like elite infantry on vet 3, yet we don't price them over 300 MP. In: COH2 Balance

OKW P4: Cost: 360 mp / 150 Fuel Penetration: 100 / 110 / 120 Scatter: 6.4 AOE: 2.5 Reload: 5.63 Armour: 234 / 80 Health: 640 T34/85: Cost: 380 mp / 130 Fuel Penetration: 120 / 140 / 160 Scatter: 5.0 AOE: 2.5 Reload: 6.28 Armour: 160 / 80 Health: 800 Easy8: Cost: 380 mp / 140 Fuel Penetration: 155 / 165 / 200 Scatter: 5.4 AOE: 2.0 Reload: 6.43 Armour: 215 / 95 Health: 720 We see, higher scatter means the gun will miss infantry more often. While the HP means it only sustains 4 shots vs 5 on the t34/85 & ez8. Low penetration means also that it has a hard time penetrating medium tanks (calliopes included). Compared with Armour of the Easy8 there is hardly a difference, especially when you keep in mind the that the Easy8 is considered as the best medium generalist tank in game. Again it's just stating objective stats and comparing them. OKW P4 costs more, but has worse stats. Edited: some wrong stats In: COH2 Balance

Well it still help OKW to get early game vehicles and as you see fuel prices are still cheaper than before the revamp, right now OKW is too strong, lets see how it turns out after the hotfix. You could say okw pays for their vet 5 with additional fuel.... In: COH2 Gameplay

Funny that with this patch OKW really hasnt changed apart from the tech structure. The costs are basically 1:1 from pre patch, fuel income goes up, so does fuel cost. Literally a facade, the penalty was. Not really, roughly before you had 1.5 fuel prices hence: OKW P4 202.5 (now 150) Panther 262.5 (now 200) KT 390 (now 310) The only thing I don't feel is right that the OKW P4 costs more than Ez8 & T34/85 while being worse. Properly executed i cant seem to get a good flank because how fast the maxims turn and when 2 or 3 are in one area. fast Luchs gets denied from the 2 Guards squads that come out at a similar time. There is other faction that can access medic, forward reinforcement, useful tech building with 300 mp , 35 fuel? why do you guys keep talking about user or insulting someone even if there is good topic on this forum? Ok, OKW faction is designed around putting the trucks on the field, hence they have they have a FRP, a gun & repair station, losing one of those trucks is a significant disadvantage hence a lot of players, especially in 1vs1 put their trucks into the basses due the high risk of losing it and with it the game. It's no problem to destroy trucks in a concentrated attack, especially when they are placed too aggressively, if you have problems doing so, then again I kindly ask you to visit the strategy section. I found that IF I LOSE MY TRUCK, IT DOESN'T HURT. it's cheap so you can get benefit from forward trucks even if you lose that truck. you can just produce another truck and setup again your real base after truck loss. I don't mind losing my truck anymore. i can re-produce that cheap truck easiliy. I think the loss of enemy is almost always bigger than my truck loss after the battle around that truck. You can say what you want, but without a playercard you have no credibility. In: COH2 Balance
