When will you fix the mistake?

I cannot. I'm moderator here of the forum. The balance team and relic are the ones who fix ingame bugs. They try and fix those things with balance patches and typically a few hotfixes and map patches inbetween. I suspect the thorough scavenge bug will be fixed next patch.
