A few years ago Relic gave OKW's infantry the ability to purchase weapon upgrades in enemy territory.The idea was to improve their ability to apply early pressure. The only other units that can do this are infiltration units like Airborne and Stormtroopers: the vast majority of units need to be in their own territory to purchase upgrades.
Nowadays, a lot of the conversation around OKW is how to weaken that early snowball without crippling the faction.
In light of that, should OKW still have this, or should they go back to needing to be in their own territory to upgrade like they used to?

Seems like a reasonable step. It won't be back breaking but will lighten the pressure slightly. I'm for giving it a go.

well for non infiltration unit it should be removed but it will not change much, need to cut down that starting mp

Should definitely remove the ability to upgrade anywhere. But it's definiitely only a small step in the right direction, OKWs opening still needs a lot of looking at
