CoH2 does not launched.

When I try to launch coh2, message display came out "Prepare for launch CoH2"
and the window closes immediately and does not start.
("Company of Heroes2" title screen does not appear)

Other games can launch.

I tried this.
1.Verify integrity of game files
2.uninstall (and re-install)
3.delete local files
4.Change language CoH2 and Steam
5.revert to the time when it was able to boot properly by Windows System Restore
6.lunch with administrator authority

Does anyone not know the solution?

I had tried all this stuff as you did.
Very strange.

Yeah this sounds like a setting in your windows is wrong/ crashed somehow. Or some ports got changed.

I had the problem with csgo. Only solution was to full reset my windows ( i upgraded then to win 10) and installed everything new again.

Do you have any kind of overlays running (like msi afterburner)? If so disable them and see if it helps.

Try launching it in windowed mode
-window -fullwindow in the launch options

I have no other overlay than Discord (this said overlay?)
so try exit discord, but I cant launch.

I'm not sure if you've restarted your PC while you've done this. Restarting your PC works wonders sometimes.

Since CoH2 does not launch, I left without doing anything.
However, when I tried to launch it today, it launched.
The file configuration has not changed.

Although the cause remains unknown, CoH2 has launched anyway.
It may also cause this to happen, but I greatly appreciate your kindness and advice.

Just to be sure, you DID opened task manager first and made sure there is no running coh process already that did not launched it right the first way?

Its not extremely uncommon case, steam does it 30% of the time for me.

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.
