Hey guys,
Instead of messing around with stats, a good way to prevent cheese would to have minesweepers deactivated whilst the unit is in the vehicle.
Thoughts?

How would that help? Clown cars are usually used with flamers so I don't think preventing mobile mine sweeping (to I assume help mines be a counter?)would really work.

That'd make mines affect the Bazooka Bus and that's about it.
The powerful combos (Flamer M3, Cav Rifle WC51) don't have sweepers.
Only way I can think of to fix that is to trash the garrison squad's moving accuracy so the vehicle has to stop for them to hit anything. That'd kill the chasing, but it'd probably kill the M3 and WC51 too.

Bazooka bus requires Rear Echelons with sweepers to be really effective

Increase the cost of these units. They will die eventually, and you want that trade to hurt. Instead they trade the fuel for presence on the map, harassing you. Making it so you can't send a kubel to cap or a lone squad. You're forced to almost blob, supporting your stuff because the scout car/WC51 can hunt down lone grens/volks.
I'd make them cost more manpower, not more fuel. Something that trades infantry presence because you arguably have more with a car flying around the map.
