Weird Error

So I'm trying to mod coh 1 but I get a weird error when I try to edit the UCS Editor it says, Error raised at .\src\Tools.cpp line 133: .\src\CucsFile.Cpp line 68: Cannot open file 'C:\Programs Files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\common\Company of Heroes Relaunch\Engine\Locale\English\Fallout.English.ucs' in mode 'wb' if anyone can give me a solution to this problem I'd appreciate it

I'm not a modder but the error you are getting sounds rather self explanatory. Check if the file under that path exists and that it is allowed for editing. Running the editor in admin mode might also help.

UCS files are just tab-separated key/value pairs in a text file. You can edit them in Visual Studio Code, Notepad++, or Atom with special characters turned on.

UCS files are just tab-separated key/value pairs in a text file. You can edit them in Visual Studio Code, Notepad++, or Atom with special characters turned on.
