I add the throw satchel charge ability to soviet engineer, but i found they have not animation in the throwing, and i don't know how to fix, pls advice.

In general, if you want a unit to use a weapon or other piece of equipment they don't normally have, you need to add something to their abp file, as described in this tutorial.
But if you have any more questions, feel free to ask them!
