Way to get turret skirts but no hull skirts on panzer 4?

Also is there a way to “scale down” or (reduce the model size) of the panzer 4 to make it look more like a panzer 3?
Most of my ideas are probably bad, - but I try and share lots of them
and maybe some of them will be good an improve the game

Both is not possible. The armored skirts is one state that shows all or none. Models cannot be edited in any other way sadly.

What about skin with invisible hull skirts? I‘ve seen several skins (even in live game) with some parts invisible or re-textured to look different.

Anyways I think I’ll just use the Valentine model and call it a Panzer 3
