Why did Cavalry riflemen get the AT satchel?

Once years ago, they stopped all snares from doing instant crits. It spoiled gameplay.

But then the commnubity balance team gave Penals satchels as well as PTRS. They will wipe out a light in one PTRS villey + satchel. It also meant no downside to early game great AI.

And now Cavalry riflemen get excellent AI and instant engine crit satchel.

I'm calling it now - the Allied tech changes and buffs will make allies even more powerful. The tournament stats show allies winning 80% of games and Axis only winning on "Axis maps".

Balance team fanboys: IT'S TIME TO STOP

OKW got a fuel cache that costs 30 fuel. Right on, gud balans

The 221 is not supposed to be a cache.
You phase it out of combat, after it has helped you further dominate the early game, then it can still be useful boosting your resources.

When JP4 will be removed from the game.

Then remove either t34-76 or t34-85 because they fill the same role /s

It's a 20 fuel soft skin light vehicle that can't fight light tanks and won't stand up to the allies handheld AT. It will seriously slow down your Luchs or puma. Thus, it's mostly useful only as a fuel cache.

The problem with that is that it actually works like Opel that is actually cheaper and one has to spend 30 (not 20)fuel to get it.

That means that even if one place it on the fuel one will have to wait over 4 minutes before he can start getting more fuel than he has invested in 223.

With lots of team game maps having a 'secure' fuel and with proper games lasting 40-90 minutes, it's going to be very easy to get the fuel investment back. And the 221s are good early game to counter snipers, HMGs and UC or M3.

in a team game investing in cashes that benefit all players and not just one is a better investment.

And how is an OKW player supposed to do that?

With OKW I have plenty of matches I just float MP with nothing to spend it on. Now I could invest 30 fuel into a 223 and after 4 minutes get the fuel floating to sustain tank losses in the late game.

A OKW can not do that even with 223, the 223 is a more expensive versions of the Opel in manpower while costing an extra 30 fuel, it is not caches.

In addition its probably the only vehicle that has to pay manpower and fuel for an upgrade, most vehicle pay munition for upgrades.
