Since allot of talk is going around about V.G. and their SVT and about Penals I have created this MOD.
The MOD is under construction and I have little experience from MODs so pls do not judge too hard.
The mod basically removed the ST44 upgrade from VG (I should probably also give back the vet bonuses).
For Penals it reverses most of the change:
SVT damage from 10 to 8
Accuracy from .7/.65/.45 to 69/46/28.8
pop from 8 to 7
vet 3 received accuracy from 0.85 to 0.77
PTRS removed, flamer is back
ourah at vet 2 is back
To the last man remain as vet 1 ability
(At scatchel is still there but can not be unlocked I am wondering if it should be unlock with AT grenades).
