Tanks lose accuracy on the move?

I noticed that sometimes tanks miss allot of shots and was wondering if movement has anything to do with it. Do tanks lose accuracy when they are moving?

.5 accuracy while moving. This doesn't really do much to their Ai since they rely on scatter to hit.

Yet M3 garrison doesn't.

The term "Clown Car" is also fitting when you actually look at how the models are packed into it. So much so, that several models magically "disappear".

wow, so when a tank is moving its accuracy goes down by half, are u sure about that? That's pretty steep.

Yes. Pretty basic CoH2 101 knowledge. Surprised you didn't know.

Wrong.
No accuracy modifier. Doesn't miss anymore inside the vehicle, than outside of it.

The movement of the M3 makes NO difference to the Snipers accuracy.

Again, you are wrong.

This from the guy who didn't know Armor gets 50% accuracy on movement...
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
All the irony is not enough.

M3 movement has absolutely NO effect on the garrisoned units accuracy.
Zero.
Null.
Zilch.
Nada.

Snipers can't fire while they move normally, so the only time they can miss is vs garrisoned units, retreating units and while on moving M3s.

I said that:

UNITS GARRISONED IN M3s, INCLUDING SNIPERS, GET NO MODIFIER TO ACCURACY WHEN THE VEHICLE IS MOVING and you start whining some false crap:

LEARN TO READ.

THE MOVEMENT OF THE M3 MAKES ZERO DIFFERENCE TO THE ACCURACY OF THE SNIPER!

This may come as a suprise, Relic stated in one of their casts that it does have a modifier on the move for snipers in M3's

Why don't you ask yourself tonight in their cast... How am I suppose to give you a citation from one of the casts they did online? :S

Try the cast from the previous balance patch (not the one where they nerfed the mg) and it would be the one that Peter mostly presented.

Too bad that Sdkfz 221/222 also have a x0.5 penalty when fotm. This also explains why my Sdkfz 221/222 often only kills one member of the sniper team on retreat even when I catch them them off-guard, guess that happens when its dps gets reduced by 50%.

Snipers accuracy in M3 also gets decreased by x0.5, iirc.

Code
| | moving: {
| | | accuracy_multiplier: 0.5f;
| | | burst_multiplier: 1f;
| | | cooldown_multiplier: 1f;
| | | disable_moving_firing: true;
| | | moving_end_time: 0f;
| | | moving_start_time: 0f;

Cannot fire while moving, takes a .5 accuracy penalty while moving.

Nullist, dude, check your sources before you rant.
