-Beutepnazer PzKw 747: a T34/76 basicly, vet0 ram replaced with vet1 blitzkrieg, at vet2 it receives armor skirts (unused model exists). Uses panzergrau or some other german skin.
-Pioneer Panzerbüchse 39 Package: costs 60 muni, grants a pair of panzerbüchses for pioneers, locks out other upgrades.
-Supply drop: same as in ostruppen doctrine.
-Hull down: works for the T34 too.
-Sd.KFz. 261: uses 223 model with the pintle mounted machine gun replaced with a panzer commander. Unarmed and doesn't receive veterancy. Has a sight range of 70. Abilities:
--Set forward retreat point.
--Aura: +10% faster cooldown.
--Call in artillery (same as panzer commander upgrade for OKW).


Strategies:

1v1 / 2v2:
The doctrine provides early anti light vehicle measurements via the panzerbüchses and an early generalist tank. The supply drop can always come in handy in emergency. Use the 261's artillery call to force anti tank guns to reposition in the late game.

3v3 / 4v4:
The panzerbüchse and T34 have less impact there. Use the supply drop to aid your allies (typically giving pak 40 to okw). You have two options with the 261: use it as forward retreat point or use it near hulled down tanks, combining their increased range and the scout car's sight to cover a large area.


That sounds really cool! More doctrines where allied and axis factions use stolens weapons is a cool idea

Terror Doctrine

Display the full might of Western High Command, instilling fear into the hearts of your enemies. Breakthrough fortified enemy lines with the Reich's elite King Tiger supported by zealous infantry, powerful machine guns and experienced officers. Devastating V2 rockets can be called in to obliterate enemy concentrations, turning the battle in your favor.

2cp: Sturm Offizier from Breakthrough Doctrine.

3cp: Passive ability. MG42 now buildable from Command HQ. Can get 5 levels of veterancy - OKW style. Veterancy bonuses can be adjusted according to OKW's 5 levels of veterancy.

6cp: Valiant Assault from Luftwaffe Ground Forces Doctrine.

9cp: Passive ability. Newly called-in King Tigers now start at veterancy 1 (immediately gain access to Spearhead ability) and get a new active ability called "Intimidate vehicle" - for a short duration, the King Tiger's main gun is locked and can only fire on a targeted enemy vehicle, causing them to panic - increases the targeted vehicle's reload time and reduces its speed. Make it a little more expensive than Guard's Button Vehicle.

12cp: V2 Rocket, a new off-map ability. Cost is 200-250 munitions. Destroy anything that isn't a heavy tank in the center blast radius, stun surviving vehicles and pin surviving infantry, has about 50% larger radius compared to Sturmtiger's rocket. If adding a new model is too much then just use the Sturmtiger's rocket model, if possible then make it a bit bigger.

Armored Support Company: a company with emphasis on armor

2CP - Combined Arms Tactics
Infantry and vehicles gain bonuses when close together. 50 munitions ability.

5CP - Sandbag Front
45 munition cost upgrade for Sherman, Jackson, and Stuart that increases frontal armor protection and may reduce frontal damage as well. Side and rear armor values remain the same.

8CP - Time-on-Target Barrage
Barrage an area with shells impacting within quick succession

10CP - Allied War Machine
200 munitions cost ability that lasts for 180 seconds with a 300 second cooldown. Up to two of your own USF vehicles that are destroyed (not abandoned) will be replaced with the same vehicle at no cost after a duration. The Pershing, however, counts as two vehicles and has a 3 minute spawn time.

12CP - M26 Pershing
American heavy tank that benefits from allied War Machine.
