Ardeness Assault MP maps into automatch

Theres 7 maps from Ardennes Assault expansion in custom games who deserves appear into automatch and are ready to play in multiplayer. Only AA owners have this maps.

Relic made all proper changes to them for multiplayer. So my campaign is for Relic make avaliable for all CoH2 owners and put in automatch.


These maps were release in nov/2014. Why wait any longer to play all of them? They are very high quality standard.

Only one map deserves a major revamp to enter into automatch (Esh-sur-Sure) and one of them is a good night map - Road to Ligneuville.









AA Map list

(2-4) Baugnez Outkirts
(2-4) Road to Lingeuville
(2-4) Wiltz Summit
(4) Noville Encirclement
(6) Bulligen Spearhead
(6) Esh-sur-Sure (needs a major revamp)
(6-8) Lienne Forest Winter

I think its time to put thats maps for everyone to play. These maps have a hight standard quality (the second generation CoH2 Relic maps) and theres no reason to this blackout continue.

Take this as exameple: The 4v4 crowd will be happy with "Lienne Forest Winter" (a new layout for this popular map) and Bulligen Spearhead (remebers Villers Bocage CoH1 map).

Its more QUALITY CONTENT FOR EVERYONE AND FOR FREE. MAKE IT HAPPEN RELIC!!!!!!


MAKE COH2 GREAT AGAIN. :D

I'm going to break my own rules and submit another question.

Whats going on with multiplayer maps? There were some maps added for a community spot light and a couple added during the AA release that can only be played in custom games. Can we expect these to be added to the normal map pool sometime? How about additional community created maps like Red Ball express (which is AMAZING)?

IMHO only one map deserve more attention. The others are ready to play and ready for automatch (maybe some little tweaks).

Yes man. Look at the Quinn Duffy response date. 2015!!!!!!.

Why wait more? :D

They are good. Maybe some of them need litle tweaks but they are ready to play in automatch.

Battle of the Bulge setting > ALL :D


Later I will post all tactical maps and more screens.

go for it, also maybe maps from the theatre of ware are suitable for 3v3s and 4v4s judjing by their size with a little editing :P

Relic can use these 7 AA maps to advert the next patch/ update as OFFICIAL CONTENT COMMING FOR ALL PLAYERS!!!!!!! :romeoHype:


This kind of situation is a WIN-WIN for me. Relic mappers put many hours in that. Its time to community enjoy the hard work.

I fully support this. The 1v1 map pool has already become too repetitive. And if we play on them in automatch, maybe some of them will even find their way into tourneys :hyper:

Indeed.

2-3 maps in that list are from Ardennes Assault campaign. But Relic design these maps as multiplayer maps (and they are good).

Every CoH2 player have these maps in your game files (even if dont have AA expansion), but only AA owners can play them.

So its easy to Relic release the maps for everyone.

You can't still add manually more vetoes ? IIRC i read that they were added automatically based on number of maps in rotation.

Worst case scenario we have more vetoes.

Since i don't have AA, do this maps have any issue with base layout, buggy houses or unique elements which are not present in any other map which could be buguos? Just food for thought.

Yeah, go ahead. Worst case scenario 1 or 2 are iffy and you can veto. One can only play on Langres and Kholdy so many times after all
