I agree with OP, 93.3% would look far better, and half the people on this forum are cunts it seems.

the US usually calls the ratio "win percentage" when it really isn't. once you've come to accept the fact that in a world that is dominated by the US, the internet is dominated by US conceptions of things, you will learn to understand stuff like this.

:lolol: This comment is not stupid, but probably .945 percent stupid.

We wouldn't show the "%" on every row. So this thread is really about where to put the decimal point.

93.3

or

.933

I think we should fight about it until we surpass the count thread in the scrap yard.

Oh if that is the discussion now, 93.3 looks definitely better to me. :p

That last digit being kinda pointless, it's nice to have it "cut". Or even just 93 then.

Also if column name/unit is %, having the . is misleading, because it literally means .93% or 0.0093 though the error is so common that we are used to it and read it right.

0.01 percent of what, this community? This implies you don't know it either.

Why do we have to make a problem out of everything? :(

There is nothing wrong with the ratio. I quite like it this way tbh.

just ratio is ambigous, cause people are used to W/L or K/D when talking about ratio.

It's fine as it is. But, if you want to make it mathematically correct, change the format from .XXX to XX.X

In science you already gave up your imperical standard in favour of the superior metric standard. Soon you yanks will also learn how to do math ;)

don't forget that (at least in germany) we separate decimals with a comma too, instead of a period... so it's xx,x%.

frankly it shouldn't be that hard to code both options in a clickable option. instead of sitting around, insulting each-other and wasting everyone time.

I'm all for metric standard. Didn't give this thread much thought, but now when I come to think about it, .xxx instead of xx.x or preferably xx,x just doesn't make sense.
