Since HtD gives yellow cover instead of a 0,5 received accuracy, the cover ignore from point-blank range should be applyed. Or not?

I definitly don't say HtD is in a bad spot even with this, because it still increases the dps of the squad because it doesn't move around/crawls on the ground instead of shooting. And you get the surpression immunity.

This is mostly a "issue" with fights against Pgrens who like to get close.

HTD provides cover; therefore, small arms ignore it at <10 range. As you pointed out, it does have the hidden benefit of improving squad DPS output.

Hmmm, that good to know! Peter, only the HTD provided-cover can be negate in under 10 range, yes?

Or all other natural cover in game, yellow, green, can be ignore with small arms fire in short range, inside <10 range?

@HFSzsoci: No, all infantry small arms ignore cover at <10. Dunno about other weapons.

I have over 700 + hours on vCOH and almost to 200 now for COH2, where do you get all this info ?

How can you better your game when all this important information is not displayed anywhere.

I get it from no-life constant monitoring of this and main forum since closed beta.
If someone checked F5 rate on members, I would win, hands down and ass over elbows.
I also watch a ridiculous amount of casts and live stream.

Im not always right, but I research my shit as best as I can.

There are a few r3al gem posters that people should seriously pay more attention to here on on this site.

Yep, I think things like this are really important. I use this here almost everygame because: If I and my enemy are near cover I don't try to reposition them, if i stand only near the cover thats enough. Therefore my units move less, and shoot more.

Where we get this information: Developer Posts in this Forum and the old coh stats site. Also you can extract some stats from the files. For example what exact boni hull down gives. Or the Commandtank aura. Or what incendary rounds really do (stats wise).

The health of units is for infantry always 80 per model. (40 for sniper). For Tanks you can look in the Patchnotes. Also there is this: http://coh2-stats.herokuapp.com/ only weopens now.

For extracting the files you will need this:
http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?270246-TOOL-CoH2-SGA-Extractor-v-1-1-02-04-13
and this:
http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?270284-TOOL-CoH2-RGD-Tools-%28XML-TXT-JSON%29-RGD-Crawler-Hashing-Tools-v1-2-22-04-13

but i'll warn you this is complicated shit and I dont fully understand it myself (=
