It´s just AA on high with a Reshade preset.

Jeez, 9 bunkers and a 10th being built, caches up to the opponents' base, double fuel point, almost 900FU in the bank, all the tanks you could wish for and the other side still hasn't surrendered? that's some extreme stubbornness and determination
