Some grenades can't be dodged. Qol ?

This is a L2P issue , greandes are not hard to dodge at all. Just expect it and you will react in time . The animation is painfully obvious.

The hardest one to see is the rifle grenade wind up. It is easy to spot in the open, but it is harder to see when you put your grenadiers in cover. You should expect a rifle grenade after your opponent tries hiding the animation by using bushes or other cover, or if he moves his grens to the minimal grenade range. Just be wary of your units in yellow cover.
Also stealth unit grenades too. Get an ir half-track, recon, or valentine tank to help you with that. Besides that, grenades are pretty easily dodged with a good connection.

Should add a new feature, instead of retreat, hit a button and one squad member dives on the grenades to save his squad

the only big problem concering the grenades are the announcements. sometimes your own troops scream GRENAAAAAAAADE if THEY throw them, but sometimes they dont give a damn if an enemey nade flies towards them. thats annoying as hell and punishes micro on many different locations very hard.
Maybe they shout "grenaaaaade" to prevent friendly fire? I once threw a badly-aimed bundled grenade at a flanking Rifle squad, but it wiped my own retreating MG34.
