You guys from the beta don't even think about changing the Wehr sniper from tier 1 to tier 2, exchanging with mortar?

I just think the sniper needs a little less range, so it cannot shot 3/4 of the screen. Makes it easier to counter, more important to protect, and less reliant on countersniping as only option of killing it.

Because a sniper in the early game is OP. And a mortar is good vs Brits.

if you are versus a noob brit who camps, but versus a normal brit player its useless and sniper early game can be countered its not that OP, remember that the wm is losing a fight unit.

Brits always retreat to heal in triage, thats a good spot for mortar. The smoke is good to cleaning trenches with flames, also to attacking any strongpoint with flames. I think the sniper makes Wehr too strong in the early game, in 2x2 he's the devil.

The mortar in tier 1 fits better IMO.

I could foresee countless whine posts of US player stole my mortar, it's op! Wehr mortar is far too powerful for a T1 unit.

It's a tie between US and Brit for most OP. I'd say US...
While the PE is the most UP.

I'm impressed by those guys on the balance forums @ GR, they out did themselves this time
