regardsgame not starting

i made map in WB but when i go to start game its just sits there doing nothing, ie:ai not start and timer dont start, i can click on things but they dont move???how can this be fix anyone know,this was a prob 2 years ago still know one fixed yet regards

Are the starting points and base sectors owned by the default 'world' rather than the respective players?
I'm away from my desktop so I can't really delve into it, but are the things you can click on owned by players or is the player color white?

Try what zombi said, if you have the owner ship of the territory sectors set to world, it will allow you to save and export but it won't allow you to interact with (give orders or move) because you do not technically own them.
