Changing the type of barrage?

I'd like to make the Walking Stuka halftrack use standard barrage (like with any other rocket artillery or even Stuka's incendiary barrage) type instead of creeping barrage, while keeping it's own rockets type. Anyone knows how to do it? I can't find anything in weapon config.

The Walking Stuka's creeping barrage ability contains a "creeping_barrage" action. You need to replace that with an "artillery_attack" action. Look at the incendiary barrage ability for reference!

Oh man I see it now, thanks a lot! And I was looking for hours in weapons config like a retard.
Having a second problem though; I want to change the unit in dispatch ability, but when I do the call-in doesn't work - it says "Population cap reached", even though it's not true.
Here's Sturmtiger ability changed to Command Panther, but it's the same with any other call-in: http://i.imgur.com/65hbYyf.jpg
Tried in both the cheats mod and normal game.

This happens when the unit's requirements are not fulfilled. There should be an "ignore_requirements" flag or something like that in the reinforcements_action, try setting that!
