THE COMMUNITY VODCAST!

Hello friends (Thread moved here from the Lobby - thought it was the more appropriate place)

Foxhound and I have a new Channel with CoH2 content: Despe Learns 2 CoH. We're doing longer Vodcasts and shorter theme-based videos. We're experimenting with different kinds of content and format, all with a bit of a satirical twist, so it's likely gonna suck, until we get something right :lol:

As such, our first vodcast expectedly sucked, but here's our first 'Relic, why!?' shorter video. Check it out:

I think the Despe appreciation thread deserves more attention in this forum, it seems that discussion about this subject is spread a bit everywhere, either in the shoutbox, or on youtube. I'd rather see more here :)

I like your videos. Keep them going.

I have to agree on the issue with the doctrines in Coh2.

It was so much cooler in Coh1 when you had a real "theme" to a doctrine. It was awesome to go "Defensive Doc" and be able to build stronger bunkers with the ability to reinforce, set up 88s, call in defensive artillery and your playstyle would actually change accordingly.

Scorched Earth is another fine example. It was about blowing stuff up while retreating.

This was great.

I can hardly remember the names of the Coh2 doctrines. It´s just some random stuff thrown together. It hardly affects your playstyle.

too long to watch but to me, this map has 3 biggest problems

1. unbalanced land and ice for each side (better for south)

2. unbalanced cutoff opportunity(better for south)

3. ice on the main contested location

Actually, we are currently talking with the awesome dudes of the Generals Gentlemen about doing something regarding this and other stuff. Lets see what videos will come out of that. Thanks for mentioning

another 3 good ability :
Model 24 stun grenade - still have bug and stop retreat units T^T
Stuka Dive bomb - no red smoke warning
and Close the Pocket - need a lot of prepareation but if successful its WIPE everything in the isolate territories Kappa

oh i forgot both Osteer and SU FRP : Osteer FRP can repair tanks while SU can healing and aura buff units
