I don't mind the wait tbh. I'm not ecstatic about the state of the game at the moment. We really need the basics like fixed positions.

fixed positions doesn't really bother me at all. It's actually an alien concept to non coh players and if I'm honest no body has really made a fuss about it.

COH maps are not symmetrical, and if a nice $$ is up for grabs, fairness is high priority. Without fixed positions, Sepha has been restarting his games to get correct positions in a best-of-3. I wouldn't want players to go through that every time.. it's just embarrassing.

on kholodny winter and pripyat spring I would say yeah there is an issue of unfairness but on the other maps I don't believe there is and like I said earlier no one has yet had an issue with it.
Anyway good to hear that it is at least in the works.

Lol @ the idea of Sepha trying to game a system! In reality it's the complete opposite -- he's going out of his way to ensure fairness. It's just something we don't want players to have to deal with or think about in a big event. We need fixed positions.

In this season it would be nice to see some overview of the post-game stats. Usually as soon as the GG hits that's it. There may be a bit of post match banter but nothing major.
What I'd really like to see in the new season is guest casters (i.e good players who have a solid grasp of the games economy and whatnot) really give us some post match analysis of the numbers, looking at unit effectiveness %s, territory gains/loss and army value statistics and such, and really bringing the player's strats into perspective to show what play styles are effective against others. I think CoH2's system would allow for some really good info for new players especially

Guess you could request print screens from each player and have them zipped as image files. Then you could just throw them up on screen afterwards. Would be a pain in the ass to coordinate, but fuck it. Nobody else would be doing it. it would be mint

I considered doing that in previous seasons, but wound up deciding that indeed it would be far too much work to try to coordinate.
