dont know too much about the 1tb models but:

samsung has had some problems in the past with SSDs (trim error deleting data, etc)

better go for a crucial mx 200, i have the 500GB version myself, very good SSD

the big difference is mostly lifetime, then speed for larger files (depending on the technology used)

personally i wouldnt buy a TB ssd, 500 gigs + a 2tb hdd is much better value for the average gamer.

what have you planned for the rest of the build? anyone helping you?

case is not bad ( i got the phantek enthoo pro for myself, its just a bit more slick with the psu cover and the hdds to the back side)

ram is fine, if you want you can get drr 3000 or 3200, but that doesnt matter much

mainboard is excellent, cpu is fine

now, why do you buy 6 fans? and cheap ones?
i would rather get 2 or three fans for two times the price. you dont need 6 fans at all, and especially if you want to use your pc longer, they will last and be worth it (cheap ones get loud really fast)

that is a little over the top, the sweet spto would be a macho x2 or a brocken 2, they are quieter and better

wait a little bit for the tests on 1080 custom designs and get a good one

PSU I don't know yet. I really don't know anything about them honestly other than wattage differences. I currently have an 800 Watt PSU, but its 7 years old so I don't know if i want to salvage it and use it in my new build.

Man look at all those sweet ultra gaming rig, if I won a lottery I would ditch my 7-year old rig and grab one of those, I travel a lot so any tips for a decent gaming laptop in the range of $1000 to $1500?

honestly, for 1500$ you can get a pretty beastly rig already. i5 6600k, gtx 1070 (after it has dropped a little in price), 16 gigs ram, good psu.

for gaming laptops:
they suck. you can get a pc with the same power for half the price
but if you really want one: where are you planning to buy it? i have no clue which english sites are good for that, therefore point me in the direction and i will have a look

its not a nogo but if you dont have a lot of cash, or arent depserately in need of being very mobile, i would always go for a normal rig.

the choice of the motherboard depends on the platform you want to choose and that depends on the pricepoint
for the new skylake generation, the asus z170 pro gaming is the standart recommendation for example. but honestly, if you want to buy a new pc, wait one month more, because atm it is the worst time to buy a new pc, as nivida has just launched (very high prices) and amd will launch in 2 weeks (low availability)

• what games you want to play ;
  
• graphics settings (high, ultra) you want in recent game ;
  
• compromise you willing to do for future games ;
  
• what you want to plug in your PC (second GPU (SLI/CrossFire), how many SATA3/M.2/USB(2, 3, 3.1)/RJ45/... port you need) ;
  
• your monitor definition (if you don't want to change it just after) ;
  
• if you want to overclock.
