Did they add new bulletins or changed any of the existing ones ?

I don't think anything got spotted. And that basically means there is nothing to spot since its really easy to go thorough all implemented bulletins now.

Volk Panzerschrek 2% penetration
Raketenwerfer 2% penetration 3% rotation
JPIV 3% rotation 3% reload

Conscript AT nade 7% range
SU-85 3% armor 3% speed
ZiS-3 2% penetration 3% rotation

StuG G 2% penetration 2% armor
Pak40 2% penetration 2% received accuracy
Grenadier Faust 7% range

57mm AT 5% rotation 3% reload
M36 5% sight 4% speed
Bazooka 2% penetration

These didn't drop before, but are now available from the store (dunno if they're dropping or not).

Don't worry, I'm sure a MissTrollissar thread is on the way, with 10+ paragraphs explaining why the game is unplayable as SU because of this bulletin.

I was just thinking: Wow, I could triple stack the 7% range on snares. Then I realized I couldn´t. Fuck bulletins. I don´t give a flying fuck about 7%.

These bulletins were in the UKF Alpha. Putting two effects on one is kinda nice.
