I agree, this ability should, at the very least, convert a chunk of the manpower cost to munitions
Like 400 Manpower, 150 Munitions type of deal.

Why not replacing the ability Withdraw and Refit and put there a sherman crocodile also the m3 hlaftrack could drop wepons like the britisg one or place mines
