Hi guys,
My bulletins amount exceeded 1,000 and my Counter Attack tactics commander disappeared.
I know that when number of bulletins exceed 1,000 system deletes bulletins randomly.
Now I deleted duplicated bulletins and amount of bulletins is less than 1,000
How can I get back my Counter Attack tactics commander which was randomly deleted by the system??

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

Did you buy it or got it with War spoils?
If you bought it you can contact Relic or SEGA or Steam. You have the receipt, right?
If it was from War spoils, i guess its bye bye!

You don't get a receipt if you buy it through the ingame store, do you? I don't think there is a difference between items you buy there and warspoil drops. Both can be deleted manually. On the other hand, items you bought through steam can't be deleted. That's why I always preferred the steam store (and there you get a receipt, too).

I don't know about the in-game store. I never used it and i probably never will (did you guys see the prices there?????

But Relic or Sega should have a data base for what you bought, right? You got to get some evidence when you buy something fro the in-game store.

Besides, I don't believe "too many bulletins" in the inventory would be that much of a harm.
This random deleting of commanders is questionable and sneaky-seeming. I also saw a thread once about the "delete" option for commanders, where someone accidently deleted it. That, too, is another dubious and unnecessary feature.
If commanders are in the inventory once, they should be absolutely safe!! Anything else will always leave a bitter taste of possible shaddy business practices...

I bought it but it was LONG TIME AGO. I bought it with the game at the time of COH2 was released

My Advanced Emplacements Commander went missing as well after a recent freeze at the victory/war spoils screen, followed by a bugsplat window. I think you're supposed to make a ticket to Sega's support site like with Steam but can't help you more than that.
