Title says it all, It'd be so good to see units fighting in close quarters in rubbles in buildings, that'd promote the versatility and utility of certain units as well as the game's attractiviness,and some maps would be better tbh. Buildings could be mined, booby trapped rooms and maybe long halls for mid-long range fighting.

It couldn't be effectively implemented in the current game, if I'm understanding you correctly. It would require a lot of new programming and it would radically change the balance. I do want them to think about overhauling it for future CoH games though.

I wanted this since the first game. Watching troops stand outside windows firing at walls for a minute is pretty silly. But...

Reading this my first thought was Total War: Napoleon. There you can enter with your infantry inside a building, and then the troops start to fight inside the building, and you either leave the building, or fight until the end.

Would be cool, but I doubt the engine can handle it. Maybe in CoH3
