Before anyone cries overpowered/underpowered, there are a lot of differences between the factions in terms of tank cost/upkeep, tank health pool, special abilities, mobility and repair crew cost and upkeep. Wehrmacht does seem to draw the short straw compared to OKW's similar tanks.
Some other stuff I found:


Vet 3 Jackson (no HVAP) shooting a King Tiger in the ass at close range gets outrepaired by 2 Vet2 Sturmpioneers with support packages.
A vet 2 Sturmpioneer with Support Packet can fully repair a King Tiger in the same time as a Vet3 Vehicle Crew fully repairs a Sherman.

Thanks for charing these datas, i am alwas interested to learn more about. Btw. doe's someone know exact stats of Ostheer g43 upgrade? on which ranges they are good to use? is it also an upgrade for Panzergrenadiers compaired to StG 44? :o

The guy that made the thread explicitly states that:

This means that he actually tested the repair rates recently. This also means that the repair rate values announced correspond to the actual repair rate in the game. Thus, there's no bug there.

I always found two vetted upgraded Sturmpioneers with a repair truck would repair tanks like instantly, nice to get some hard numbers for visualizing that. (Apparently, those three would fully repair a KT's health in 26 seconds).

For Sturms: Do the sweepers have to be out to get the bonus, or do they fast repair in combat mode?

Link says they tested, no sweeper in hand necessary, repair bonus is its own bonus.

Obviously the most hungry faction is the Wehr. Always need 3 poineers to repair their heavy tanks in late games. And relic increase the pioneer pop from 5 to 6 for no reason. So decreasing the pop of tiger/elefant is pointless. Maybe they just want players not to spam them. GG relic.

I imagine the repair speed was designed (back when they couldn't kill a fly without upgrades, not that they're amazing now) to reinforce their purpose as a utility unit.

Eastern Front Armies should get increased repair speed which should bring the base repair up to 2 from 1.6 when they purchase their minesweepers considering how hard it is for them to get vet as they gimp their weak weapons even further.

I always thought pioneers repaired faster than Soviet engineers. Guess not. At any rate, both of them could really use a repair rate buff. The fact that even rear echelons repair faster is just insulting considering you barely need them.

Hmm what about the repair guys that spawn when you upgrade Forward Assembly as the Advanced Fortifications commander for UKF? Same at 9x I presume?
