I think OKW is going to become really strong. I always wondered why they weren't overperforming when they had so many benefits. The lack of fully benefiting from their 5 vets was probably a big part of it.

wheather penal will be ok at vet 3 or not its not main issue. At vet 3 all units are decent. Problem is OH early game is too strong

I'm predicting OKW call-in meta over volks now. Panzerfussiliers get 60% more accuracy at vet 4 now... Jaegers will also be pretty damn fantastic.

I think it's safe to say that some massive re balancing will have to be done. Units will scale completely differently and at this point it's impossible to make predictions considering the number of units there are across all the factions.

Yeah, my second thought after Penals was "Oh God, Panzerfusis..." They are already a PITA to deal with at Vet5 now with their Offensive Vet Bonuses they are going to very good. On the bright side less shrek blobs? Lol

there is a pictere of +1 OH squad and +40 mp on mg early game with same resourses and you claim that SU is 10 sec away from new squad. thats lie. Also question that OH has +1 squad advantage which easily can be provn

Look at the picture, you can see the ost sniper just came onto the field because of radio intercept. Look at the minimap, he just spawned this second and hasn't even come onto the playing area. You took this picture the instant he spawned to try and prove your point that there are more Ost squads. However, you can also see that in the Soviet base he is building something from the HQ, though it could be medics or something. The Ost mg is also only 20 manpower more expensive, not 40.

The offensive Vet was a lie all along!? *mind blown* I imagine this means that this will make comebacks a bit harder since Vet squads will dominate a lot more than they ever have. Squad preservation will be more key than ever.

Wouldn't it be hilarious if Penals turned out to secretly OP all along? Keep in mind they *never* got their 60% total Accuracy bonus at Vet 3...


I'm pretty sure penals are beasts, last month I went one week only making penals for the lulz, then I found they were pretty weird since some times they would just rekt everything (there was a game I made only a single squad and managed to do 5k damage in 10 minutes) but other times they were useless.

now I know why.

inb4 relic nerfs penals to the ground when veterancy gets fixed. :bananadance:

The only way to really abuse this would be to fast retreat your units before they take any model losses if they were not able to completely overwhelm the enemy. I have seen some people do this, but I doubt they wholly knew how effective that could be.


Not really, vet works on support weapons so for example maxim spam, or the most recent maxim + mortar spam are the ways. Same goes for any vehicle rush.

both sides are teching. With same spending on tech OH will always have +1 squad.
sov snipe came 30 sec after oH snipe in that game dont know what does it change for you.
