So I was wondering if they have fixed the issue with veterancy. Ive heard about that there is no more Veterancy at all in the game????
Makes me wonder if a vet 3 grenadier looses to a vet 0 conscript? Guess if so 1v1 has no sense at all since you dont need unit persavation any more to win wich makes the game stupid.
Have someone heard about another hotfix for that?

I don't have an ETA on the Vet fix yet. Best case scenario would be in the next couple of weeks. (no Promises). This is a very important issue and we fully intend to fix it.

I hate to say it, but this could be a blow, in a series of lethal blows that has been the downfall of this game. The patches keep getting worse, the commanders more ridiculous, and now we can't even play the CORE game the way it was released years ago.

The reputation and confidence players have in you is crumbling. I advise you come up with something to instill faith in your community again, because when even game casters are ripping you a new one you are in deep shit.

Axis biased, Allied biased. Play every faction before you scream nerf, be a Coh2 player not an "Axis" or "Allied" player.

It's just sad. They should just revert the game to when win rates were balanced before the AEC car. As it is, it's just kind of a joke.

To be clear, it still works until the model that received the veterancy dies.
Unless I am mistaken the hotfix made it so that this applies to defensive veterancy too, not just removing veterancy.

Actually not that much. The soviets will probably feel more powerful in late game, grenadiers will actually kill riflemen and brits can actually use stock infantry for fighting. Until few days ago defensive buffs were working correctly (except brits) and the loss of offensive veterancy was often not that noticable as the weapon upgrades were always transfered to the oldest squad member.
