UKF need non-doc AT Nade for new 222?

Brits always should have had a AT nade else you're just roflcoptering with light tanks

If we give UKF an anti tank snare, then they would have to consider nerffing Piats. Piats rarely ever bounce, they deal good damage. Agreeable they should be more effective without having to micro attack ground but if a tank is snared it means Piats are going to be crazy effective against all targets.
Don't be so short sighted, you give an AT grenade to combat light vehicles and nobody see's how this could snowball into problems for fighting the brits into mid and late game? They have very good tanks, combined with a good AT snare, and then Piat spam? Did nobody fight the tactical support combinations where people just tossed mass piat blobs that roamed around murdering both tanks and infantry?
If you make the piat better, I hope you increase the cost. People bitch about the "laser guided OKW shreck " yea well they pay 90 munitions, 50% more than Ost for 1, they pay far more than a bazooka, and over double than a Piat. While we're at it, don't forget the same upgrade unlocks Brens and Piats. Whats that unlock for OKW? An incendiary nade that you'll die before throwing vs double bren squads of tommies? a shreck? oh thats real useful against AI.
OKW is leaning hard on its Luch, because Volks get smashed by tommies. You take the Luch away, then we'll be in the same boat where OKW is going to be asking for counters to tommies....
Wasn't this all about the 222 ? yet it's barely talked about in these comments?

I am using the new 222 meta as an example but it is more of wondering if the Brits need a AT Snare to counter the early light vehicles the Axis can bring. The Luchs has always been a problem, but you might only face that 50% of the time. With the new 222, you now have a much greater chance to run into Axis light vehicles which can take a shot from your AT gun then drive behind it and wipe it. The AEC comes too late and the Brit sniper needs Vet 1 to get its snare ability, plus light vehicles are made to fight Snipers.
This could be addressed a number of ways, my idea was to see how people felt about Brit AT Snare, Relic might decide the current meta is fine, or they might slow down the arrival of the Luchs and 222 with side upgrades for OKW and cost increase on the 222.

At first I thought 'no'. But now that a 222 rush is standard I have to say yes.
Currently, against Wehrmacht you only have 1 gameplay option: Rush an AEC as fast as you can.
Want to make a bofors? Forget about it. You will have lost all map control long before you have a chance to put it up as a 222 will just kill your units and push you of the map.
If you try to get fancy with a sniper, the 222 can just rush your sniper without a care in the world. GG game-over withing 7 minutes. There is no way you are going to have VET1 before the 222 wrecks your face, unless you happen to get off a counter snipe on the Ostheer sniper.
AT guns do not work without a snare. They will just get circle strafed by a 222.
Something has to be done. It's way worse facing the 222 as Brits then it is to face a light vehicle rush as Ostheer. At least Ostheer has mines that 1-shot enemy light vehicles (which are MUCH more expensive), and then you have the option for either a shreck team, a. In either case, a single light vehicle will never completely crush if you get caught off-guard you as you can always defend yourself with a faust.

Make Piats more accurate VS light vehicles so you don't have to attack ground to get their muni's worth and make them cost 60 if need be.

Is your sole purpose to try and derail conversation?
OKW dont need a snare for the following reasons
They have a t0 at gun that is nice and cheap
They have the same cheap mines that the soviet have
They can get shreks on rather durable infantry after t1
222 timig is much earlier than allied lights (except wc and clown car but they are very squishy)
Brits need a snare because:
Their AT gun is full sized and full priced and requires t2
Their portable AT requires attack ground to hit even a stationary vehicle
The at sniper is countered by the 222
The 222 is a dime a dozen
The 222 is no longer super squishy
(SIDE NOTE anyone else see the 222 swarm on coh reddit taking out actual medium tanks?)

It was pretty funny seeing the 222 spam kill an in microd easy eight as they all ran behind for glorious rear armor shots. Ever see what 2 AEC does to a pz4? Wrecks it. No rear armor shots require.
