I would like to know your PERSONAL opinion on how much fun the game is at the moment from a scale from 1 (not enjoyable at all) to 10 (highly enjoyable).
Please also state why you have your opinion.

6 right now, 2v2 cheese is too big of a problem right now, eventhough I like playing allies more the cheese is a must or you lose

The meta game is boring so that's about why

I play a lot of different games and there is few where i spend more than 300 hours, i wanna sign for 300 more.
What i like compared to other RTS is that there is no dead moment, 100% action anytime.
It also favorise positionnement, micro and tactic compared to other where your macro and apm is more valuable.
Finally the game is the perfect bridge between RTS ans turn-based games because the game is very slow and authorise you to analyse, think and improvise rather than relying on your pré-game strategy.
I enjoy almost every game.

5/10. I really fucking hate the cheese blobs. And I don't need anyone telling me how to counter it cause I know how. I just hate that way of playing and it's happening a lot. I also don't enjoy playing against it even if I'm countering it correctly. It's just... whatever.

This game has action, but IMO AOE 3 has more action/work, early game eco micro is a lot tougher than early game micro in coh2 to start with with only 3-5 units to control. And combat happens really quickly.

And AOE 3 also requires you to improvise a lot too.

Not saying CoH2 is bad, its good, just a lot more relaxing and I kinda like the game for it.

I'd give this game a 7/10. Balance is frustrating, sometimes it feels like who can cheese the hardest and this game can get P2W but its relaxing and fun.

Voted 6. While I come back for my coh2 fix every now and then, things have got a bit stale of late and you see the same 2-3 builds from each faction. It's just a bit too predictable at times. Still get the odd epic match though which is fun.

1/10 Balanced. It is always an issue of balance
News players, try the autoMatch and play a couple of games, if they look it is very difficult(balance not detected by ignoring it), leave playing.
Average user, plays because it's fanboy and hopes that someday is good balanced.

I hate ISGs and Shreckvolks. It makes it to easy for some players to play this game over their potential.
And its 80% of the time against OKW (in 1s), Wehr got lost somewhere.

And it get most votes. If not because I hate Blizzard games, I would rate COH2 lower.

Being Relic loyal since Dawn of War, but no longer faithful, especially after their "design & balance" with Dawn of War 2 and Company of Heroes 2.

8/10 - in general balance seems fine, revamp of some sov/ost doctrines would be welcome, few units underperform, but not really anything op right now like it used to be.

Voted 8 though I suspect it wouldn't take too many more games of the shreck spam and ISGs and other crap mentioned etc to see me lose interest quite quickly. I'm not a rager and I don't even necessarily play to win all the time though a diet of cheese bungs you up eventually, especially if it isn't particularly good cheese. I quite like being thrashed by someone who has a bit of style about them, uses unusual units or generally outperforms the meta ( whatever the hell that is) but take little pleasure from beating the same build order and strat no matter who the opponent.

Trying to find ways to counter them is good, but when there is no counter or it is unrealistic and abused continuously you start to wonder why you bothered.

6, because of cheese strats, blobbing, balance and poor factions designs

6/10.

Some games are interesting to play, while others are a stomp (both for and against).

After playing for a few thousand hours, I think it's safe to say that the build orders are getting kind of stale and it just ends up the same old same old.

It's quite fun when there's a real challenge and playing against some top quality players, but when it's a stomp, sometimes it just feels like a waste of time.

The only thing that makes each game different is, arguably, RNG and the snowball.

4, because after 3 years we have: no balance, no MM, no common features, very bad menu design
