The commander's more contrary to the game's basic mechanics than what everyone already thought about vet-buying mechanics.

If they combined the 0 CP ability into Hold the Line! and added in Hit the Dirt!, the commander could be nice for spammy builds.

It's a commander that was revealed (rather unofficially if I recall correctly) to be in development a few years ago and has never been released. I wouldn't count on that changing.

I did too at first glance, but with more thought I'm sure it'd be sort of thing that's only fun for a week or so...for everyone involved.
