And guess what? It "interferes with the general pacing of the game". Having Vet3 Arnolds 7 minutes in a match is a game play braking bug. Please look into it.


Imagine if obers, strums and grens could use such bulletins.

If your opponent have vet3 anything at 7 minute, you might want not to feed so hard.

shouldn't this be in the balance section?

anyway, I still dislike the terminator veterancy on the rifleman.

While I will agree that USF army is a bit weak in the late game, the rifleman themselves were actually their strongest link. I still say there should have been a price decrease on the bar instead. dual bar rifleman was actually a good match against a lmg42 gren.

It still would be inferior to accuracy bulletins.

Everything except maybe mine build time and lower cost for expensive spammable crap is inferior to accuracy bulletins.

Why is it a problem for USF?

You do know that plenty of other units have this bullitin as well right?
MG42, panther, panzer 4, panzergrenadiers, mortars...

Besides, 3% extra accuracy also gives you 3% faster vet from shooting at things. Does this not mess up pacing as well?

Shit tier bulletin/10. I would rather have bonuses which apply on vet 3 terminator rifles, making them uber terminators than getting terminators faster (btw, damage bulletins also allow them to get vet faster from doing more damage, lol).

Also, if we talking about op bulletins, can i have all kind of op late-game tank bulletins axis have? Like +9% armor for comets and is2s or faster reload for 85s and e8s?

BTW only units 10% vet speed makes difference are HMGs.

Don't forget the range increase for mollies and nade, it really made a difference.

OKW panzer 4s armor bulitins stack I believe and all three grants the panzer the front armor value of the KV1 (befor: 234, after:269 , KV1:270.

If thats what they want to improve its fine as all factions whould have somthing to stack, its nothing worth looking into (unless they were fixing war spoils).

Such bulletin does not exist for other baseline infs.

OKW have 10% less supression bullitins on their volks.
Other factions do not have that.

Ostheer has 10% extra vet on their panzergrenadiers.
USF and UKF don't even have non-doctrinal elite infantry!

Its super bad to use those. The minimum range will increase aswell, meaning you cant trow nades/ molo's close range :foreveralone:
