There's a difference between what's allowed in tournaments and what's intended. I seriously doubt that, when they designed the USF, Relic wanted vehicle decrew to be used as a means of circumventing population restrictions.

And yet, they did.
They have said so themselves that it is INTENDED DESIGN DECISION.
It means its allowed AND intended.

Same logic applied when PTRS spam was great at killing infantry. Not an exploit per-say, but definitely not what Relic intended either.

No, not even close.

There is a difference between balance and features. Abusing OP unit is simply that, abusing OP unit until ifs rebalanced, every single patch had its own.

Using INTENDED army feature is playing the game like relic envisioned and balanced the army.

There is barely any base building in this game. The Soviets and Ostheer's teching is a shell of base building. We're not powering tech structures or harvesting vespene gas.

YES!!! Remove vehicle crews, Vet 5, Base Buildings!

One day this game will only have mirror factions!!!

So much idea, much logic...lets homogenise the factions.

Only thing they need to do with crews, is fixing/balancing repair crit.
-Increase cost
-Fixing it so it actually requires the "whatever time it needs to repair instead of 0.5s"
-Not removing heavy crits completely (for example an immobilization goes to heavy/light engine damage. You can then repair crit again to fix it completely)

Engineer: Nothing wrong with this either, having your pios/engies out of fight for 2 minutes isn't going to make a change since they're pretty much useless anyways and you can make a second squad anyways

How far-sighted of you. You are ok with removing the starting echelon then.
