should wehr mortars be able to 1 shot soviet snipers?

They're snipers, use their camo to their advantage and move them if you hear a mortor firing. Just be prepared for stuff like this to happen.

I'd happily accept a change that makes ost snipers die from mortors, it would help out balance. I haven't used ost snipers in awhile, but last I did check, they couldn't survive a direct mortor round.

Ost sniper dies to 1 shot from soviet sniper but can take 2 mortar shells. Soviet dies to 2 ost sniper shots but dies to one mortar shell. I don't see any reason to complain. Besides, your sniper will have to be standing in the same spot for like 10 seconds in order to be hit by a mortar. That or you are walking into a barrage.

Ostheer sniper has 82 HP, mortar round does 80 damage. It can't die in one mortar hit.

I'd rather it go the other way.

Soviet snipers aren't the only things getting 1-shot by Wehr mortars. Any 4-man allied weapon teams get rekt by them. Infanty sections frequently get wiped by a single shell or taken down to 1 man with a slither of HP. Reducing mortar damage to <80 would solve this issue (something like 79 or 75) without gimping it's potency. But that's a small tweek. Reic only deals in sledgehammer blows.

If you're nerfing the wehr mortor, you're nerfing all the mortors then.
