Have you tried since this video?
The internal battery has run dry, the game can now be played. However, clock based events will no longer occur.

Hmm I dont think you are banned.
Can you launch the game and try searching for an automatch game, then after it failed use the Exit to Windows button to close the game properly.
Go to \Documents\My Games\Company of Heroes 2\ and grab your warnings.log file for me please.
I will get someone to look and see if there is any additional info in there that may help.

Your mouse probably does a double click instead of just one click, try another mouse and see if it helps.

Take note on how you hear the search sound but yet it isn't searching, iv been having that happen to me in the last week. I think it's from clocking search and then stopping search almost instantly. On another note, it stops search by itself at times. Yet the sound is still active

Yeah, search sound bug still happens sometimes, the search stops, even the game loads and its still looping that sound over and over again.
Btw. Shouldnt it be moved to coh2 bugs section?
