Simple qestion that affects all factions gameplay. In current situation any vehicle easily crush through wire, OKW wire is only exception. Personally I don't like that you can counter wire with any vehicle, so what your thoughts.

! This poll isn't about OKW fortified barb wire, It's about all barb wire !

OKW wire also took more to build and is cutable as other wires so i think it is fine

Read more carefully, its poll not about OKW wire, its about all wire in general and how it should work.

Not sure. I do think okw wire should only take 25% longer to lay over 50%. Just because you can't run through it with light vehicles. Brits can still plant free demoes on it, and CE and rear ech can cut it just fine.

There are already huge issues with pathfinding in some vehicles (Universal carrier), adding more would be annoying lol.

Although I voted its fine mind that there is an option to vote "all wheeled vehicles shouldn't cut wire". UC isn't a wheeled vehicle.

If light vehicles could not crush wire you could make pathing nightmares in mere seconds. This would be disruptive to gameplay.

Realism influences the game, it does not dictate it.

Realism isn't a point, not main point, it's more about game mechanics.

Wire should be an option, but shoudn't cause too much trouble for opposing side.
Otherwise if you already had bad engagement and was forced to retreat major part of your army, there will be less possibility for comeback. Especially if you count on your light vehicles to do that.

So my answer is "It's fine".

I'm not a fan of wire in general, I don't think it needs to be stronger. If cars can run over fences in the game I don't see why they shouldn't be able to run over barbed wire.

Willy Pete: @Rosbone Ahh I missed that memo. I still think its a bad decision though. Adds frustration for players and isnt gonna make them that much money
27 Mar 2025, 15:46 PM
Rosbone: It is also good they left it free until after the free to play weekend. Points for that.
27 Mar 2025, 09:34 AM
Rosbone: But I agree, the cost to get a full decent Coh game pushing $115 US is not the best idea. Especially when it needs so much more work for casuals.
27 Mar 2025, 09:32 AM
Rosbone: To be fair, it was a thank you to early fans right? They said it was not free for long and it would become a pay DLC at some point.

Willy Pete: Re-releasing free DLC so they can charge new players money for it. Brilliant marketing strategy

Nickbn: @Rosbone it's incredibly rude to speak on someone elses behalf, especially when a question is directly adressed to them. I understand your passion for the subject at hand but I want to hear from him.
20 Mar 2025, 10:16 AM
Rosbone: @Nickbn No, I am just saying people should not be using any Relic owned forum since they have proven they ban anyone who says true things about Coh3.
18 Mar 2025, 19:01 PM
Nickbn: @Rosbone do you speak on his behalf? I didn't know. In that case keep us updated please.
