Would you be interested in a 4v4AT tourney?

4v4AT Flexi-Time Invitational
- 8 teams compete in a single elimination tournament. (This is due to the large amount of time for games to be played)
- Each team may hold up to 8 roster spots.
- Each team will play Both Axis and Allies (team with the highest VP count between matches is the winner)
- Teams have one week to complete the match at a time of their mutual convenience.
- Allies select starting location on map.
- Seasonal tourney?
- Teams that apply for the invitational will be selected by a private committee based up rank and performance.
Ideas? Thoughts?

I didn't compete in OCF, but I certainly enjoyed watching the games. The 4v4 match was actually kinda fun to watch. The problem is getting 8 people together for a full match of CoH2 in a stable setting without lag, desyncs, or disconnects.
If that could be acheived in a tournament setting, then more power to ya'll.

The problem with 4v4 is trying to arrange everyone's time to meet on the same day, at the same time. I have done it with 2v2 tournament's such as Clan Clash with over 90 player involved with little to no forfeits, but 4v4 is asking a lot. Nothing is impossible though.
Be looking for an event, very similar to this idea. Its in the works and coming very soon, to a Company of Heroes 2 game near you.

When things quiet down with this project, we can maybe discuss ideas and format's for a unprecedented 4v4 leage/tournament. We will see what happens in the future.

If there only would be some brilliant maps with cutoffs and amazing flanking potential (mirrored would be nice aswell). Atm in 95% of maps there is this weird ww1 feeling, wich is horrible. (camp and rekt eachother with indirect fire) 0 strats required.

Not really.
