Shorten reload and decrease RoF for more sustained DPS. Very simple change once the math is done.
Take DPS ostwind does in 2 clips now, adjust reload time to where it does 4 clips in that time, decrease RoF so over-all output remains constant.

The ostwind definitely doesnt need a huge buff, and RoF/reload are definitely some of the better points to start looking at. Accucary while moving would be another one.

It isn't bad, but could use a small buff. Increased accuracy on the move would help it utilize its speed more, sounds like a good idea to me.

I always have a StugIII by the time first Centaur is out and it is more than enough to send it to hell.
Stug against Centaur still gives me goose bumbs... Prepatch Sniper critting stug and then centaur driving (slowly) by it and killing it. Those were the times when best bet to kill Churchill was to capture a centaur.
