Wincondition options are limited to 3

For a gamemode a user can configure custom options, similar to Victory Point options (250, 500, or 1000 points). However there can't be more than 3 of these options, most likely because this dropdown menu was previously used for selecting one of 3 fixed values.

I ran into this as well because I added a 750 victory points option (i.e. 250/500/750/1000) and 1000 was missing.

DreadMode
A massive game rework with many, many gameplay, faction AND commander changes, with an emphasis on intuitive realism (as opposed to total historical accuracy) and consistency. If you feel like CoH2 has some immersion-breaking issues right now, you might appreciate my fixes and improvements.

Not sure if it is a bug or not (I would say it is a bug) but I've entered an issue into the database for a programmer to look into.
