Okay, I am also disgusted by Volkschreck spam and as it was implied several times already I am suggesting the same sugestion again.

Volks'Ardennes Package: 4x StG44 with Panzerfaust: 90 Muni
Sturmpioneers Heavy Anti Tank Package: 2x Panzerschrek: 120 Muni(no upgrade or weapon pickup except minesweeper)

Note, keep Volks' kar98k stats while implementing the new things.

I would like to try this as the same old Volk Shrek spam into P4/Panther is still the best strat in anything other than 1v1 and is friggin boring.

Sturmpioneers take on too many burden's as it is, they should make a separate Panzerschreck Team in Battlegroup Headquarters. 4 men, one Panzerschreck, 3 Lugers.

So you will have 4x the weapon of a Obersoldat + Schreck? are you serious?

compare it to other ai or at squads.... what do you need obers for?

What do you mean by weapon of Obersoldat? Obersoldaten come with their unique Kar98k's already and have one lmg34 upgrade excluding doctrinal stgs which are completely different. And I propose Panzergrenadier StG44. (assault rifle also carried by Sturmpioneer)
And I didn't mention any schreck for them, I said panzerfaust, which is carried by Fallschirmjaeger currently.

USF can use zooks the same with better inf. There are plenty of ways to punish blobs I mean..okw would be crap without shrecks on volks. Naminly being, forcing to tech rocket launcher every game puts an even further distinct advantage to allied early game.

4x STG-44 would be too much on a 250mp infantry squad. I would buff volks to slightly below gren level per model, make them cost 300mp, and reduce their tarting mp to regular levels or make them start with a kubel (and keep their high starting mp). Then, I would give them the ability to take that upgrade for 100mu (same as stormtrooper upgrade).

Panzershreck would either go to sturms as a single upgrade or to a dedicated AT squad.

This would make OKW more of an elite faction (lower unit numbers due to manpower strain, but much higher survivability and power per squad, + specialist vehicles.)

And make them perform at 300 mp level.

They should have a small, powerful army, as is evidenced in their faction summary. Currently, they have a large, powerful army with lots of free goodies that they simply don't need.

If you want more starting mp, then you don't need sturms as the opening unit.

You have to factor in Obersoldaten when you suggest drastic changes to how OKW infantry are used.

If anything, making a dedicated AT squad should involve them, but that also means you have to consider making them available earlier like in T3 instead of T4 and swapped with, say Walking Stuka. But that's just trying to change something in order to make another change more sensible....which means you might end up having to make further changes to make the whole thing work.

If you give Sturmpioniers AT ability then you just change the problem to Sturmpionier spam. OP's ability in reality already exists, so I'm not sure why he suggests it like Sturms don't already have 4x MP44s and one panzerschreck for Volks, and nevermind making them Stormtrooper/ Panzergrenadier ripoffs.

4 STG? lol volks are doing great now so that would only ENCOURAGE blobbing. Just wouldnt be an AT blob.

It is increasingly obvious they don't belong on Volks either. Shrecks don't belong on potent mainline infantry. This has been a problem since OKW day 1, but their recent buffs just make it that much more obvious. It means they have shrecks all over the damn map, or create doomblobs that vehicles can barely approach.

As for the 4X STG44 package, err, I'm not sure of that. Doesn't it just make them Sturms with 5 men? I'd rather they get some sort of medium-range weapon upgrade (G43? scoped K98k like vetted Tommies?).

Schrecks on sturmpios would overload them role wise. They are already your repairing, mine laying, mine detecting, wire building, wire cutting and main early game dps dealer. With schrecks it would just overload them. Also the schrecks make the squad vet faster and sturmpios get vet bonuses that make them resistant to small arms fire. We had the issue with volks in the past. I don't wish it to return.

Instead okw needs a dedicated tank hunter squad that can upgrade to schrecks. In that way you couldn't spam schrecks.
