^ - Grens don't turn into HyperOber while standing behind cover.
- They can't hold two upgrades
- No AT upgrade.
- No additional model.
- No cheap rebuild cost.

2 ISG behind the house = 660 manpower, means nearly 3 squad of manpower, so what are you gonna stop tommy with? Dick in your hands?

Upgrading volks with shrecks instead of G43 will help vs Tommy blob (infantry target)? Goodest logic.

Getting a flak truck from mech can be hard countered by Sniper crit shot. please people are not as clueless to brit as you are.

2 ISG will be better at trying to stop a blob at distance particularly as is suppresses that will allow for more infantry to be built over time.

In regards to the flak truck I meant the stationary flak building and not the flak half track instead of him building the mech building. Have you even looked at the screen shot forum warrior?

In regards to volks having shreks this is better option at the 12-13 min mark considering armor will be rolling out soon. Again look at screen shot look at how much ammo he has and lack of AT. Fusiliers can be upgraded later as I said. At this stage he will have 1-2 isg to deal with the blob l2read and understand.

Now go away annoyance.

try fast luchs. OR leigt. Or go panzerfuss contrlled spam (not blobing but controled spreding in cover , but at same territory) or try greandes. Blobers often lack micro

Well, seeing as this is your first ever post, and you don't have your playercard displayed... we can assume you are brand new to COH2. So, :welcome: On the other hand, if you aren't brand new then it seems you have made a duplicate account (don't people get banned for that?) and your first post is an obviously biased two sentence mini-rant... Honestly, Poe's Law has me stumped which of the two you are so I will give you the benefit of doubt and assume you're new. :)

Over time you may find that players blobbing to this extreme of a level is very punishable via simple, but intelligent tech, unit, and commander choices. :snfDevm:

There's a lot of useful information in the Guide section of this site for noobies and experts alike and I highly recommend checking it out. Off the bat I suggest MG42's and Ostwinds/Stug III E for Wehrmacht and ISG and Luchs for OKW who are also getting the Goliath in their next commander which should be the ultimate blob counter.

Still don't get it that how on earth unvetted and IS can have such of a alpha to insta kill squad.

16 damage rifles with high accuracy, all infantry models in the game have 80 healthpoints(snipers being the only exceptions). So they only have to connect 5 shots on one model to kill it with lee enfields. In comparison, riflemen garands do 8 damage but shoot far more often than enfields do. Conscripts do 16 damage with their rifles too but they are... conscripts.

Grens, especially at vet2 are also capable of doing this.

And if you're marching single squad in the open vs 4-5 vetted and upgraded tommy squads, well, I don't see how you can not be alpha striked given the long range profile of tommies.

So since it is my game that was discussed here I want to say a few words too.

At first I don't think that the strat I faced there is invincable or something like that.
I outmicroed my oponent pretty hard for the majority of the game and was clearly leading. You can avoid the blob and the combo of officer + g43 Füsiliere works good. The perfect counter against that particular bullshit is imo the FlakHT. I went for it in that game and it did great. I thought about a luchs but that currently comes too late for that. I could barely afford the FlakHT when i desperatly needed it. When the luchs hits the field he will pretty much have a tank of his own which imo would flip the game in his favor way too much.
I went for an ISG too but like i said the game was practicly over at that point.

Yet that game was insanely frustrating. Not because of the blob but because of the random engine crit i lost my FlakHT to. Straight up costed me the game since my blob counter was gone. I didn't even bother anymore after that point because even if I manage to stay in the game, it is gonna be over when croc comes. I am certain I could have won with the FlakHT alive but the random engine crit ruined me.

I hope relic is going to completely remove any sort of random vehicle crits from this game as there is not a single reason to keep them in. They are cause for a lot of this game's frustration.

PS: Some of the suggestions to counter that blob are hilarious. Getting a Stuka might give you a nice punch against the blob but only until his centaur/cromwell or whatever the fuck he goes for tears your butthole open. Stuka is nice against brits but not at all at that point in the game.
Obviously a Sturmtiger is not a counter since it just comes way to late.

it is not random. for like 3 patches (including december one) the flak HT gets a 100% engine crit from small arms as soon as its hp drops below 50%. was severeal times reported and i think even "added to our database" but since coh is just a big mess of spaghetti code..

Oh that's cool. Even more reason to never go for that tech. Anyways there isn't really a lot of sense in this since we'll have a massive patch rather soon.

Apparently you lure the blob into your T4 building, according to some pros here. Or Halftrack that dies to two at gun shots. Won't work against piats though.

sorry that was badly written. I meant it doesn't make much sense to talk about potential balance issues, especially OKW "issues", at this point because everything will be different in (hopefully) a couple of days anyways.

I think majority of us would loose agains this player.

So this guy just raged hard because he got matched agains some good player.
Its just my personal opinion , and until he show us his playercard I wont change my mind.

Actually I played agains this player last day. Some of few interesting match, playerbase is so low that top 100 will often get matched agains top 500 even 1000.

It is more problem of low playerbase than your own problem my friend. He was better outplayed you and defeated by huge margin and you dont like that defeat. OR ???
