Menu Transparency

This happens on all my menus and they are for some reason transparent and Im finding it more annoying than I should but the flag in the background is just so distracting does anyone know how to fix
This happens on all my menus (main menu, tips, theater of war) for CoH2 and can provide more screenshots to prove it
It doesnt happen for the campaign menu and I did verify cache

Edit: I found the menu transparency slider and feel stupid now

I find it also very annoying as it has no real purpose.
It's just like someone at Relic saw a slider in another game or website and thought 'wow that's cool. I'm gonna implement that too'.
But on the other hand I don't think that a single person can add something into the game without having the others know about it.

Believe it or not I think alot of people wanted it.. I dont see how the time was more important implementing it over then optimization. You know, the inputlag people experience as well as the bugsplats..

Don't feel bad; I was annoyed by this for months before I realized there was a transparency slider.

Okay but still it won't font fit in my head.
If you want to see the flag movie, it is located in the CoH2 directory and can be played with VLC.

The flag movies cap menu at 30 fps and make it clunky, without the movies menu have 60 fps, Relic should do something with this.
