Which tanks can actually do this? Ive used just about every tank but never crushed enemy infantry head on.

M10 does it pretty well. Valentine with emergency war speed can do it pretty well too.
Actually, most british tanks that move fast with emergency war speed can crush things pretty easily thanks to their nice pathing.
No luck crushing with the M36 though. I thought it would be like the M10 but it turns way too slow for that

All mediums and up + SU-76, but you won't be doing it with it anyway.
Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

For me jp4 is between p4 and churchill, crushed with it many times when no AI was around
