The LMG and bazooka bulletin change has been in the game since a few days. Relic, could you also change SdKfz 221/222 auto-cannon upgrade cost decrease bulletin? A Theatre of War-only bulletin isn't too useful in my opinion.

There is an achievement unlocker for The Zero-Risk Market in the workshop, that's how I got it. The partisan achievement is another story, and it seems like the irregulars achievement is unobtainable as well. Relic just doesn't care about achievements anymore, and they're right, balance, bug fixes and optimization are more important.

Nice patch, pretty much just nerfing blatantly over-performing units and fixing a ton of bugs. Can't ask for more.

No auto facing = fail of relic. Sten is perhaps a huge decrease in dps for stens. Commandos now are crap.

Heat Shell ability no longer uses the artillery collision type
Heat Shell ability now uses the proper speed and acceleration values


This change is huge. This alone makes elite armored way more viable as now heat shells wont smash into the ground 90% of the time and actually be good.

More paid commanders will continue to keep people away from the game that are otherwise interested. Friends that I have bought a copy for do not play anymore because of gameplay-altering paid DLC. It fragments the community that you've tried to create and hampers competitive multiplayer. It would seem prudent at this point to have a community round table with Sega and Relic about this?

That being said, I'm looking forward to new content for my favorite game.

After Leigfest, don't care Iron sorry. Ambulance and major didn't create a safe haven to be a douche from. Medtruck and Schwere did, maybe after a patch of seeing how they do, that will be the time to comment.

That's probably better to be stated as "bugged line of speech" when people are still hating the chat censorship, don't want em' to think you're slowly taking their sound-effect swearing away too.

No not that one , i know about the fix , i actually made a thread saying thank you to the guy who made the fix :D.
i have 451/452 , i still need the mortar specialist bulletin, i have all the pre-requisites for it .
this has been broken since WFA release so i don't have my hopes up.
Maybe Lelic can sell achievements :P that way we all be happy

We want to reduce the effectiveness of artillery shells against production buildings.

Now do 25% less damage against base structures

Does this mean Air Supremacy won't be guaranteed to wipe out OKW HQs anymore? Hope so.

Yeah, Lelic should just give away all commanders and sell achievements, this way the game would have no pay to win :sibHyena:

pretty much, if the truck is already damaged though it probably will still die if multiple rockets land on it. but one rocket wont kill the truck anymore
