Hey guys,
just had a game with some friends and we met a ZIS-Gun that one-shotted almost all of our tanks.
Check out the replay. Player u should look for is "Jack the Ripper"

For those who are to lazy: Jack the Rippper uses the Forward HQ to kill and reinforce his ZIS-Gun several times. I dont now how it works, but suddenly this thing becomes a tankkiller. You can see how this gun kills several P4s with one shot and tigers with 2 shots. Close to the end you can see how this gun almost kills a panther with one shot.
I seems like the whole strategy of this player is based on this bug.
Game was very annoying, at least we got all of his katys... :-(

I haven't viewed the Replay but I'm gonna go out on a limb and say the ZiS was abandoned and recrewed within the radius of the Forward HQ? The game is having a lot of problems with bonuses sticking to weapons or vehicles that get decrewed, then applying the bonus again when they are recrewed.
Relic has already had to patch the Captain, Stuart, Jackson, Sherman, and Bulletins for it. Might have to add Soviet Forward HQ to the list. I'd test it myself, but I don't have the HQ Commander.

yup. FHQ gives a damage bonus so if you stack it a few times (as someguy described) then you get really high damage.

The Forward HQ gives a +50% damage boost to anti-tank guns, so if that stacks then it will quickly turn it into a one-shot anti-tank deathray. It's a multiply_add operation rather than multiply, so each stack adds another 50% of it's base damage (80), so 160 -> 240 -> 320 -> 400 and so on.
