Fixed issue that allowed Intel Bulletins to incorrectly Stack.

Rest in Piece, Bulletin stacking. Dozens upon dozens of bulletins cry out, as they are completely useless without it

I dont think this is related to bulletins stacking in the loadout, this must be the fix for the sherman's bulletin reload bug.

I don't really understand what it's supposed to do though. Was there a bug with it all this time?

Can someone go do a quick test how fast a sherman fires with 3x bulletin reload compared to one that has only 1x the bulletin? Just want to know for sure there's no more bulletin stacking.

That, or just test the recharge time on a stuka instead.

I think they referred to one bulletin stacking, like for example the Sherman Reload bulletin that keeps stacking when vehicle crew pops in and out of the vehicle.

Whenever I face USF as OKW, it feels like I have been strapped down into a mental hospital wheelchair, with legs that can't reach the floor to move myself forward and a nurse is trying to move the wheelchair backwards whilst I have to race a formula one car for a best of three laps.

It feels handicapped from the start

No thumbs, cute and a lot of furry fluffiness, I am the ultimate kitten and by the heavens, am I angry!

Yeah, pretty sure it refers to decrew/recrew stacking, since the other hotfix (Radio net) was triggered by the same action.
