OK so what is wrong with that or what has to be fixed?
It receives complaints over its random nature and getting duplicates of things you already have (duplicate bulletins can be stacked but duplicate skins and commanders are useless)
These elements when combined with the grinding time means its very hard to get what you want encouraging you to buy instead(which is kind of the point).
People would like a system to trade / craft / cash in duplicates or unwanted drops to help get stuff they want or perhaps have more control over what they might receive.

So as a company, you have to focus on not only maintaining the playerbase ('balance patches') , but also on attracting new players. As the optimization rules out a certain amount of players with laptops and bad systems, you rule out a big percentage of gamers.
You can add a lot of people with powerfull systems to this "ruled out" croud, because even with a powerfull system you get this "unsmooth" feeling, like those little hickups you get - even when watching a replay.
It´s a shame.

No. That would make sense
My place in the ladder is irrelevant as long as I am matched with opponents of the same rank and play all factions (balance at place 1000+ is no different from balance in top 100 if we consider what I said before the brakets) so I don't care about your assertion which is also irrelevant.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the only way they addressed the war spoils question on the stream was their usual "We're looking into it, it's on the list, no ETA" response, which we've been hearing for a while.
I'm guessing they didn't say "never" but more like "eventually", which feels like never when you never get updates.
